Exciting new weekly drawing classes at Art on Target presented by artist Adèle Fouché: delve into drawing beyond pencil on paper. Through a combination of observational practice, mixed media, colour work and an exploration of various artists, we will endeavour to develop a deeper, more personal creative visual language.
Whether you are a beginner or returning to drawing, this course offers a space to reconnect with the act of making—without pressure or performance.
What you’ll explore:
– Learning to see through contour and tonal drawing
– Expressive mark-making with various tools such as charcoal, ink, and pencil – Layering and combining materials in mixed media
– Practical colour theory (made simple and experiential) and usage

* Some materials such as ink, watercolour and gouache and other experimental pigments will be supplied, paper and various basic materials such as charcoal, pencils etc, are not supplied and will be specified.
