The Curator’s Choice 2026 Exhibition brings together a compelling selection of artists whose work stood out in the acclaimed Same Size, Same Price, No Signature Exhibition of 2025. Stripped of authorship and preconception, that exhibition challenged viewers and selectors to engage with each piece on its own terms. From this process, a distinct group of artists emerged.

Curated by BA Moolman, this exhibition celebrates those artists whose works resonated most strongly with a diverse selection panel made up of professional artists, Nelson Mandela University Fine Art Honours students, and passionate art enthusiasts. The result is a thoughtful and dynamic showcase that reflects both critical insight and public response.
